The iPlus warranty starts on the delivery date. It covers internal problems that were not visible or detectable when the phone was received, as long as the iPhone keeps the same serial number sold and shows no signs of misuse, impact, moisture, or outside tampering.

Cases where it applies+

If one of these problems happens within the warranty period and inspection confirms it was not caused by misuse, iPlus covers it:

  • Face ID or Touch ID stops working without impact, moisture, or outside repair.
  • Front or rear camera has an internal failure.
  • Screen touch stops responding without physical damage.
  • Microphone, speaker, WiFi, cellular signal, buttons, or charging port has an internal failure.
  • The device shows an undisclosed lock, report, or IMEI issue after sale.
  • Battery health does not match the percentage promised at the time of sale.
Cases where it does not apply+

The warranty is strict because the devices are imported from the United States and repairs or replacements carry high costs. For that reason, it does not cover:

  • Drops, impact, cracked screen, new scratches, pressure damage, or a bent device.
  • Water, moisture, excessive heat, or corrosion damage.
  • Use of damaged, counterfeit, or low-quality chargers or accessories.
  • Repairs, opening the device, or replacing parts through third parties.
  • Apple ID lock, passwords, lost account access, or customer-created configuration issues.
  • Loss, theft, buyer's remorse, or exchange requests for color, model, or storage preference.
  • Normal battery wear, cosmetic details disclosed before purchase, or damage after delivery.

How the warranty works

Important: we do not promise sending devices back to the United States as the first solution. The priority is to resolve locally in El Salvador through inspection, repair, equivalent replacement, or refund when appropriate.

1. Report by WhatsApp+

Message us within 30 days with your order number, clear photos, and a short video showing the issue.

2. iPlus inspection+

We validate the serial number / IMEI and inspect the device. The diagnosis determines whether the issue is covered.

3. Resolution by case+

If the warranty applies, we may repair, replace with an equivalent device, or refund depending on availability and the type of failure.

4. Local shipping+

If a covered failure is confirmed, iPlus covers standard local shipping within El Salvador. If it is not covered, the customer covers shipping, diagnosis, or repair.

Source and report+

We source from eBay and Swappa, the two largest second-hand platforms in the US. We don't buy randomly — we choose sellers with real history, visible ratings, and years of reputation. If something doesn't look right, we don't buy it. iPhoneCheck reads the real device history. It tells us if the phone was reported stolen, if someone else's iCloud is active, if it was repaired with non-original parts, and if the screen or battery was ever replaced. Basically the phone's medical history. If anything looks off in that report, we don't buy it.
